By taking part in this promotion you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Spain Sport Fashion 2010 SL t/a size? (“JD”) recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion.

1. What can you win?

There will be one (1) winner who will win:

• Two (2) Weekend VIP tickets for Sonar Festival (the “Event”), valid for entry between 19 June 2026 and 20 June 2026 only at Fira Gran Via, C/Botanica, 62, 08908, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (the “Venue”).

The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prize tickets are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

Nothing other than the Prize is included and it is the winner’s responsibility to pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including:

• Travel to and from the Event;
• Accommodation at the Event;
• Food, drink and other expenses.

The Prize includes access to the Event on 19 and 20 June 2026 only. Access to the Event on 18 June 2026 is not included in the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants and their companion must:

• Be aged 18 years or over on the day they enter the promotion;
• Be a resident of Spain;
• Have an active Instagram account.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx , or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 8 June 2026 at 14:00 (CEST) and ends on 12 June 2026 at 19:00 (CEST). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Following @size_2198_barcelona on Instagram (and be following when the winner is selected).
2. Like the promotion Instagram post (the “Post”).
3. Comment and tag one other user in the comments of the Post.

No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

5. How are winners selected?

All valid entries will be entered into JD’s social media management tool which will export the entries. An electronic random name generator will be used to select the winner. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winner will be notified via Direct Message on Instagram and must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide the following details:

• Full name
• Email address

The Prize will then be delivered by email to the email address provided by the winner. If the winner does not accept the Prize within the 96 hours, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to:

• Complete all stages of the How to Enter section above;
• Provide accurate contact details;
• Provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the promotion;
• Organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize;
• Adhere to local laws in Spain; and
• Comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the venue and event organiser.

JD will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The winner acknowledges and agrees that they may be subject to additional entry requirements of the ticket issuer, Event Venue, Event organiser or other third party, which may include an additional ID requirement. It is the winner's responsibility to comply with any such requirements and JD will not be liable should the winner be refused entry or otherwise asked to leave the Venue or Event for a failure to comply with any such requirements.

7. Personal Information

For full details on how JD uses your information, view our Privacy Policy here: Privacy Policy . The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

8. Liability

JD will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

All participants acknowledge that JD has no connection with the Event or Venue and confirm that they shall have no claim or right of action of any kind, arising in any capacity or in any jurisdiction, against JD or any of its officers or employees in relation to their admission, participation or experience at the Event, including claims for personal injury or for theft, damage, destruction or loss of their property or belongings, subject always to any liability which cannot be limited by law.

9. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of Spain and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.

10. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
