Thank you for entering! By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc t/a size? (“size?”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. size? is the promoter of this promotion.

1. What can you win?

There will be three (3) winners who will each win:

size? adidas Originals Napoli ‘Pizza Pack’ Gift with Purchase:

• One (1) Pizza apron featuring a functional zip detail, supplied in a custom-designed Pizza Pack presentation box. The apron is provided in one size (the “Prize“).

The Prize is subject to size? being able to contact the winner and confirm eligibility. size? has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of size?. size? shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), size? is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. size? reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

size? will arrange for delivery to one UK address. It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;
• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales;
• opted in to receive email communications from size?; and
• purchased one of the following items from the size? website online:

  • 787504 – Napoli Pizza Pack Mar/Grn/Mar Womens
  • 787590 – Napoli Pizza Pack Pur/Pnk/Pur Mens

  • 787505 – Napoli Pizza Pack Red/Yel/Grn Mens
  • 787506 – Napoli Pizza Pack Red/Yel/Grn Womens

size? reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the size? group (http://www.size?plc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. size? reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on Friday 27 February 9.00am (UK time) and ends on Friday 20 March at 23:59pm (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

This promotion is a gift‑with‑purchase offer. Entry into the prize draw is only available to customers who purchase a pair of Napoli Pizza Pack Trainers during the above period.

Entrants can enter the promotion by completing the following steps:

1. Purchase one (1) pair of Napoli Pizza Pack Trainers from the size? website.
2. Check the confirmation email sent after the purchase. This email will include an ‘Enter Now’ section. Entrants must click ‘Enter Now’ to submit their entry and have it captured. Entrants must use the same email address that is linked to their size? account and purchase.

Please note: Entrants must have opted in to receive size? marketing communications in order to receive the competition email and successfully enter.

Entrants must have purchased a Napoli Pizza Pack Trainer to be selected.

Internet service providers’ fees may apply if purchasing online and when accessing the internet. The prize draw is online only.

Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How is the winner selected?

An electronic random name generator will be used to select the winner. The decision of size? is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winner will be notified by the email address submitted. The entry and product purchase must use the same email address. The winner must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept within 96 hours, size? reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will forfeit the Prize.

Winner’s Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to:

• complete all stages of the “How to enter” section;
• provide accurate contact details;
• provide valid proof of age;
• organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize.

size? will not be liable where winners fail to comply with these responsibilities and such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

6. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

7. The Promoter

size? reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of these terms or is found to have acted dishonestly or fraudulently.
