By taking part in this prize draw, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. size? recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. size? is the promoter of this prize draw.

What can you win?

There will be five (5) winners who will win:

One (1) pair of full price Clarks Originals Wallabees of their choice selected from the size? UK website: https://www.size.co.uk/ (the “Prize”).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of stock, sizes, styles, and colours). The Prize is subject to size? being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. size? has the right to change, alter, or withdraw the prize draw or the Prize at any time due to changes in any applicable law or events outside the control of size?. size? shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), size? is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

The Prize is personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. size? reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

What is excluded from the Prize?

size? will arrange for delivery of the Prize to one UK address. It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;

a permanent resident of England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland; and

opted-in to receiving email communications from size?,

(together, the “Eligibility Criteria”).

size? reserves the right to ask the winner to provide such information as JD reasonably requires in order to verify that part of the Eligibility Criteria has been met such as valid ID (such as a current passport or driver’s license). Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports Fashion Plc group http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx, or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. size? reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

How to enter

The prize draw starts on 26 April 2026 at 08:00AM (BST) and ends on 10 May 2026 at 23:59PM (BST) (the “Entry Period”). Any entries received after the Entry Period will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the prize draw by:

Completing the prize draw entry – clicking the ‘Enter Now’ button link which will be sent via email to those participants who have opted in to receive size? marketing communications.

Internet service providers’ fees may apply if purchasing online and when accessing the internet. The prize draw is online only.

Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Entries must be made by participants who have had the entry communication emailed directly to them. Entries from any forwarded emails not addressed to the participant will not be valid.

How are winners selected?

An electronic random name generator will be used to select the winner. The decision of size? is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themself).

The winner will be notified by e-mail to the address submitted with the entry and must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize within 96 hours, size? reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

Winner’s Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to:

complete all stages of the How to enter section above;

provide accurate contact details;

provide valid proof of age; and

organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize.

size? will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Which law applies to this prize draw?

This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

size? reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
