?access+ is a temporary membership status on the ?launches app that gives you 5 entries for each draw you enter - giving you even more chance of winning!
How can i get access?
How can i get access?
- You will automatically be given 1 weeks worth of ?access+ on your birthday week and your anniversary week.
- You can 'cash in' your sticker collections or achievement tokens to gain ?access+ boosts, which gives you ?access+ status for one draw entry of your choice.
I’m unable to sign up for an ?access membership
If you are experiencing an issue when trying to sign up for the ?access membership,
please clear the cache memory on your device and reinstall the ?launches app and try again.

How do I receive my birthday offers?

During your birthday week, you'll automatically gain temporary ?access+ status for a week. This will start on the Sunday of the week that your birthday falls and will end just before midnight on the Saturday after your birthday (for example if your birthday is on a Monday, you will be granted temporary access from the Sunday 00.01am before your birthday to the Saturday 23:59 after your birthday). You will receive an email to advise you when your temporary ?access+ status is active and when it will expire.

Where can I find my benefits?
There are different benefits available on each of our apps:
You will be notified about all our rewards vis email and push notes - make sure you have opted into our emails and turned on your push notes so you don't miss anything.
To access your stickers and draw achievements, these can be found on the ?launches app. Select the account icon button, navigate to ?access. It is on this page you will be able to navigate across to both stickers and achievements.
