Cookie Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
Our websites are operated by JD Sports Fashion Plc and its various group companies. Our websites use cookies, pixels, beacons, tags and other similar tracking technologies to distinguish you from other users. We will refer to all these technologies generally as “cookies”. Cookies help us to provide you with a better customer experience by allowing us to maintain website functionality and security, identify potential improvements and tailor how our websites appear to you.
We will ask for your permission to place cookies on your device, except where they are strictly necessary to provide you with a service you have requested or to allow our websites to work properly and securely. Where you give permission for optional (non-essential) cookies, this allows us to – for example, track the domains from which you visit and measure visitor activity to different areas of our websites. This helps us to improve website functionality.
If you wish to remove cookies placed on your device by our websites or stop our websites placing further cookies on your device, you can do this at any time. Learn how to do this below, in the “Managing Cookies” section.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file which is downloaded and stored on your device by websites that you visit. Where cookie technology is not available, an anonymous identifier may be used. An anonymous identifier is a random string of characters used for the same purposes as a cookie. Your browser accesses the cookie file only when you visit the website that generated it. This helps to ease your navigation by automatically logging you in and remembering things like your preferences and what’s in your shopping basket. Cookies allow websites like ours to deliver you a personalised shopping experience.
The information stored within any given cookie can only be accessed by the website that created it and cookies are limited to communicating only the information that you have disclosed to the website.
Pixels, tags and beacons are small clear images that are placed on our websites that allow us to monitor traffic and understand how our websites are used.
Managing cookies and advertising preferences
We will ask for your permission to place cookies on your device, except where they are strictly necessary for us to provide you with a service that you have requested or for our websites to work properly. You can provide your consent to the use of non-necessary cookies by clicking the “Accept All Cookies” button on our cookie banner or by accessing the privacy preference centre on the website. The privacy preference centre should be accessible from the cookie banner that appears on the website when you visit our site for the first time. It can also be accessed by clicking the “Cookie Settings” option at the bottom of the website at any time.
Within our privacy preference centre, you can signify your consent to certain categories of non-necessary cookies by ticking the box on the right-hand-side of each category and clicking the “Confirm My Choices” button. You can withdraw any consent at any time to the use of cookies through the same functionality (i.e. clicking on the ticked box, which will then un-tick the box) and clicking the “Confirm My Choices” button. It may be necessary to refresh the website page for the updated settings to take effect.
You can also set your browser to delete cookies, to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you delete, disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this website may become inaccessible or not function properly.
If cookies aren't enabled at all on your device, it may mean that your shopping experience on our website will be limited to browsing and researching; you may not be able to buy products. To enable and manage cookies, you can use your browser to do this. Each browser is different, so check the 'Help' menu of your particular browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. We use Google Analytics to understand how our websites are used, to monitor their performance and measure how users engage with our websites and sections of it. Data from Google Analytics is also used to support our marketing activities. The information in Google Analytics is anonymous. We use the following advertising features together with Google Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Adwords. You can opt-out of Google Analytics using this link: Google Analytics opt-out. You can also manage your interest-based advertising preferences – including Google Analytics advertising features – through the preferences in your browser, device operating system, or through a third party.

How cookies support our use of AI
Where you agree to optional cookies, we and our partners may use information collected through cookies and similar technologies to support AI-enabled features and services. This may include using information about how you browse and interact with our websites to personalise your experience, recommend products, tailor search results, measure and optimise advertising, understand customer trends and improve our websites, apps, products and services.
These technologies may use information such as pages viewed, products browsed, searches made, items added to your basket, purchases, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and how you interact with our marketing. We use this information in line with the cookie choices you make through our cookie settings. If you do not allow the relevant cookies, some AI-enabled personalisation, recommendations, advertising or analytics features may be reduced or may not work in the same way.
We use the following types of cookies
- Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are necessary for the website to function or to provide a service you have requested and cannot be switched off. We do not require your consent to set these cookies. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the website may not then work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.
- Functional cookies: These cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.
- Performance cookies: These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our website. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the website. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not know when you have visited our website and will not be able to monitor its performance.
- Tracking cookies: These cookies may be set through our site by our third-party advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites. They do not store directly personal information but are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising.
