By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, JD Sports Fashion plc t/a size? (“size?”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. size? is the promoter of this prize draw.

This prize draw is not affiliated or endorsed with Facebook.

1. What can you win?

There will be five (5) winners in total who will each win:

• One (1) pair of the adidas Originals trainers from the size? Black Friday sale taking place until 3 December 2024.

The available sizes range from 3.5 - 12. The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours) and must be selected from size? Black Friday sale products. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. size? has been able to contact the winner and has been able to confirm eligibility). size? has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of size?. size? shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), size? is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winner's responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland or Wales. size? reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. size? reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

Entrants can enter the prize draw by:

1. Liking the competition post on Facebook (the “Post”);
2. Following @sizeofficial on Facebook; and
3. Post a comment in the comments section of the Post saying what pair from the sale they would like to win.

Internet service providers' fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. Participation is unlimited. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Closing Times

The prize draw will commence on Friday 29th November 2024 at 08:00am (UK time) and will end on Friday 29th November 2024 at 15:00pm (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

6. How is the winner selected?

The winner is selected by a random name generator and contacted via Facebook from @sizeofficial. The decision of size? is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves). The winner will be notified via @sizeofficial on Facebook and will have 48 hours to respond and accept the Prize. The winner will have to provide a delivery address and size? will send the Prize to the provided address. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours, size? reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

7. Winner's Responsibilities

It is the winner's responsibility to (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Store; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. size? will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

9. Publicity

By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at size?'s request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that size? (or any third party nominated by size?) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future prize draw, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants' consent. size? reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner. 10. Which law applies to this prize draw

This prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
