The most iconic of all PRO-Keds styles, the Royal was the performance basketball shoe worn by many NBA and playground champions over the years. Introduced in 1926 as the "Royal Tread," it launched with PRO-Keds in 1949 as one of the original styles. Featuring an all canvas upper and double stitch detail throughout, chunky midsole and iconic Powerstripes are present along with a PRO-Keds logo at the heel. To finish a rubberised toe box is showcased along with metal eyelets and woven brand tab placed on the tongue.
