Delivery Info

UK Delivery

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt.

We'll email you a link so you can track your delivery when the order has been despatched.

If you are not at home when our courier attempts to deliver they will leave a card and return the parcel to your local Royal Mail depot. You can collect the parcel within 14 days by taking some personal identification and the "sorry you were out card" to the depot.

Standard Delivery

Deliveries are usually made within 3 to 5 days of your order being placed.

UK standard delivery is FREE for orders over £50, or £3.99 if your order is less than £50.

Next Day Delivery

UK Next day delivery is FREE for orders over £100, or £5.99 if your order is under £100. Place your order before 5pm Monday to Thursday or 3pm on Sunday to receive your order the next working day.

Next day delivery is not available to the following post codes:
AB, DD3-DD11, DG, EH35-EH46, FK14-21, G83-84, HS, IM, IV, KA18-27, KA6, KW, KY9-16, ML11-12, PA20-88, PH, TD, TR21-25, ZE.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is £5.99. Place your order before 5pm Friday to receive your order on the next Saturday.

Saturday delivery is not available to the following post codes:

Deliveries to BFPO addresses are FREE. Please select BFPO on the country drop down menu and enter the BFPO post code when entering your address at checkout.

Buy online & collect in store

Can I have my order delivered to my local size store?

New! size? now offer FREE delivery to a host of size? stores. Don't want to wait for your delivery? You can order online and have the order sent to your nearest size? store for FREE! We currently have all size? stores available for store delivery.

Here's how it works:

Step 1 - Buy Online

Order Online selecting "free delivery to store" at checkout and chose from the drop down list which size? store you want us to send your order to.
The time it takes to arrive in store will vary from store to store, however would usually always be within a few working days.
Don't worry! We will send you an e-mail & text message (where a mobile number has been provided on your order) when your items are ready for collection at the store.

Step 2 - Collect In Store

Visit the store and speak to a member of staff about collecting your order.

Remember!

When collecting your order please bring the following with you:

A copy of your confirmation email or text message and some ID (card used to pay, utility bill, driving licence etc)
If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it's ready, we will send you a reminder email & text message after 7 days.
After 28 days your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be applied via your original method of payment.

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the weight and value.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

Usually delivery will take 4 to 10 working days after despatch

A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you drop us an email at orders@size.co.uk.

Can I track my delivery?

It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. We'll send you a tracking link by email if one is available.

Do I pay customs or import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.
